Every Meloni Mitchell order is thoughtfully packed in our distinctive signature packaging before making its way to you. Domestic shipments within the contiguous United States are handled through UPS, and we do our best to get your order on its way within three business days of purchase. During peak periods, please allow a little extra time for dispatch — we truly appreciate your understanding. If your order includes a personalized or customized piece, kindly add ten business days to your expected shipping window. For any special requests or shipping inquiries, we're always happy to hear from you.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Use this to follow your package every step of the way.

COMPLIMENTARY US SHIPPING
Qualifying orders shipped to US addresses enjoy complimentary ground shipping on us. Please note that this benefit cannot be used in conjunction with other offers or promotions available on our site.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship to destinations worldwide using international carrier. International orders are welcome, and we strive to make the process as smooth as possible.

DUTIES & TAXES
For all international orders, applicable duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer upon delivery. A Commercial Invoice will be included with every international shipment. Please be aware that we are not liable for any carrier-related shipping delays.
